The next toolkit pickup opportunity will be available from 10:30am to 11:30am during the MCFPC Free From Falls Resource Fair. Dates and locations below:

If you are an organization and would like to receive hard copies of the falls prevention toolkit to distribute to your constituents, please click the button and fill out the Toolkit Request Form. (Minimum of 25 toolkits can be requested and must be in increments of 25.)
